SADDLEBROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (HOA) UPON THE RECORDING OF THIS PLAT. AN OVERL)lNG
EASEMENT IS HEREBY DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF RENTON FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERA TING,
MAINTAINING, IMPROVING AND REPAIRING THE DRAINAGE FACILITIES CONTAINED THEREIN. THE
SADDLEBROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF SAID TRACT

ON THE APPROVED CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS NO. 3642001. ON FILE WITH CITY OF RENTON. THIS PLAN
SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT. ALL CONNECTIONS OF THE
DRAINS MUST BE CONSTRUCTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO THE FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION APPROVAL.
FOR THOSE LOTS THAT ARE DESIGNATED FOR INDIVIDUAL LOT INFILTRATION SYSTEMS, THE SYSTEMS

4. THE APPLICANT APPLICANT OR SUBSEQUENT OWNER SHALL PAY A PARKS AND RECREATION IMPACT
FEE, AS DETERMINED BY THE RENTON MUNICIPAL CODE AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT. THE FEE SHALL BE
PAYABLE TO THE CITY AS SPECIFIED BY THE RENTON MUNICIPAL CODE AT THE TIME OF BUILDING
PERMIT ISSUANCE.
