1) This approval is valid only for pre-arrangedlpre-planned special occasions or special events where Koffee Kats has been
employed to provide its services to patrons. This approval does not grant Koffee Kats the ability to make stops in the City of Renton
that are not pre-arranged/pre-planned for the purpose of selling coffee, baked goods, andlor other food or drink items.
10) The Koffee Kat's truck shall not block pedestrian or vehicular access ways onto and around individual site locations andlor
the public right-of-way.
11) Koffee Kat's truck shall not operate in public right-of-way.
2) A City of Renton Business license must be obtained for operation. The applicant applied for a permit and it is in review.
3) The Koffee Kats mobile coffee truck shall comply with all standards established by the Seattle -King County Health Department.
4) The Koffee Kats mobile coffee truck shall not remain at a permitted location between 12:00 am and 5:00 am on a daily basis
except for a special event where a unit is allowed at the same location for up to 72 hours.
5) The temporary use permit will expire on April 17, 2019,
6) Applicant will be responsible for obtaining required approvals from property owners prior to operating the Koffee Kat's truck
at a particular location.
7) Temporary signage other than that on the Koffee Kat's truck will need to be approved by City of Renton Code Enforcement
(phone number 425-430-7438).
8) The site occupied by the temporary use shall be left free of debris, litter, or other evidence of the temporary use upon
completion of removal of the use or when the operation of the use ceases to exist.
9) The site occupied by the temporary use shall be restored to the original condition when the use ceases to exist including
restoration of site elements such as, but not limited to, landscaping and parking stall striping.

PROJECT LOCATION: There will be various locations as this is a mobile coffee
truck.
DATE OF EXPIRATION: April 17, 2019
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant proposes to operate a mobile coffee truck
within the City of Renton. Koffee Kats, The Mobile Coffee Company, is a fully enclosed, self-
contained, mobile coffee truck. Menu items include full-service coffee and espresso, as well as
pre -packed pastries, breakfast, and lunch items. No cooking is done in the truck, with the
exception of reheating precooked items with a microwave. There is no direct contact with food
items.
Koffee Kats intends to operate within the City of Renton on a pre-arranged/pre-planned special
occasion or event basis. Koffee Kats is requesting a 5 year temporary use permit.
The following Tier 1 Temporary Use Permit is hereby approved and subject to the following
conditions:

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1) This approval is valid only for pre-arranged/pre-planned special occasions or special

Koffee Kats, The Mobile Coffee Company, is a fully enclosed, self-contained, mobile coffee truck. Menu
items include full-service coffee and espresso, as well as pre -packed pastries, breakfast and lunch items
(please see attached menu). There is no cooking done on the truck, with the exception of reheating
precooked items with a microwave. There is no direct contact with food items.
Koffee Kats intends to operate within the City of Renton on a pre-arranged/pre-planned special occasion
or event basis. Koffee Kats requests the full-term, or up to five (5) years, of validity for the Temporary
Use Permit.
