Subject: Temporary Use Permit LUA07-141
Thank you for your assistance in processing the above mentioned permit. Unfortunately, the property
owner has reversed course and decided they did not want to deal with a contract/agreement for the use
of the property.
We will, therefore, not be needing the permit and you may void it. Since we did not get final approval
from the property owner, we did not post or mail the notices.

Project Description: Temporary job shack and construction equipment staging area
for the Duvall Avenue Sewer and Water line installation project. Temporary storage of
construction materials on a vacant residentially -zoned site for the installation of water
and sewer main in Duvall Avenue between NE 8th and NE 12th streets. A job shack
may also be needed. Materials to be stored include dirt, gravel, pipe, manholes,
equipment, valves, etc. Materials will remain approximately from December to May for
the duration of the construction project.
