In summary, the requests are for all land use and building permit files for the following King County Parcel Nos. 3343301150, 3343301105 and 3343301100 (1700 NE 44th Street, 4800 Lake Washington Blvd. NE, and 4904 Lake Washington Blvd., NE). The Revised Code of Washington (RCW) requires a prompt response to all requests for public record. Within five business days, the City must: 1. Make the record available for inspection or copying; or 2. Provide an internet address and link on the agency's website to the specific records requested; or 3. Acknowledge that the request has been received and provide a reasonable estimate of when records will be available; or 4. Deny the request and provide a statutory reason as to why the request is being denied. City staff have identified records responsive to the three separate requests, and the electronic records have been made available have been made available through the following link to an FTP site, where the files can be downloaded and saved to your computer system at no charge. ftp://prr031617084:2G rDD4 76rFs8Kg@ftp.rentonwa.gov Please verify the records have been successfully saved to your computer system. Review of the records and/or payment for installments must be made within 30 days of notification of availability or the request can be closed. The files will remain on the site for 30 days, at which time they will be removed. In addition to the electronic files provided via the FTP site, there are two Land Use files (LUA-06-044 and LUA- 13-000911) responsive to PRR-17-074 (#1), available for your review between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday on the 'l'h Floor (City Clerk's Office) of City Hall. Permit staff has also identified 5 building files that are on microfilm and available for your review. The microfilm is available for review 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on the flh Floor (Permit Center) of City Hall. This fulfills your public records request.
