"Chip"Vincent, Administrator SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR SIGNED PLAN SETS AND NOTICE OF LOT COMBINATION APPROVAL LUA1S-000673, LC I Residence Inn by Marriott Dear Mr. Hille: The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line combination and is now ready to send the approved final version for recording, subject to the following corrections: 1. Add the LUA number to page #1 (LUA15-000673, LC) 2. Label the page numbers (Page 1 of 5, Page 2 of 5, etc.), starting with the page that has "Return Address" at the top of the page. 3. Add Surveyor's stamp to the revised legal description (Exhibit B). 4. Check text style on revised exhibit map that was provided on September 28, 2015. Please verify that the plan sets have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will promptly record the lot line combination. This decision to approve the proposed lot line combination is subject to a fourteen (14) day appeal period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, October 23, 2015. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and information on the appeal process may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office, (425) 430· 6510.
