Attached is the draft prehearing order for the Spirit Aerosystems appeal. If you have any requests for revision please
advise by email to all parties to this email by 5 pm, 8/22/24. I do recall that Mr. Smith is on family leave through most or
all of this month. If his input is needed prior to his return I can delay final issuance of the order until September..
