Based on a pre- application that was reviewed by the City on May 25, 2017 the proposed parking lot expansion would require land use permits including SEPA Environmental Review, Site Plan Review, and a Conditional Use Permits (CUP). Based on the revised proposal it appears the existing SEPA review completed for Shuttle Express in 2013 (LUA13-001322) could be utilized for the proposed project eliminating the requirement for SEPA Review and Site Plan Review. To date the City has not received a conditional use permit application for the parking lot 2 expansion. The CUP is required to be reviewed and approved prior to construction permit submittal.
