THE 12 ELEMENTS Of A CONSTRUCTION 5V"-IPPP 1. Preserve Vegetation/Mark Clearing Limits: The clearing limits are Indicated on the plan sheet. furthermore, clearing and grading will be limited to only areas that need to be disturbed for grading/construction of the site and frontage improvements. Field marking the clearing limits shall be completed prior to clearing and grading activities. BMP's: Preserve Natural Vegetation (VEG). 2. Establish Construction Access: Access lo the construction site shall be limited to the rock construction entrance. The rock construction entrance shall be installed off of the Street to provide access to the construction vehicle/equipment staging and employee parking areas. BM P's: Rock construction entrance (GE). 3. Control of FICUJ Rates: Storm water detenlion: No detention is proposed for the site since the work should be completed in a short period of time. 6MP's None Proposed. 4. Installation of Sediment Gonirols: Sediment control will be provided through a combination of filtration, on.site vegetation or filter fence !f required. BMP's: Slit Fence (SF) Sediment Trap (ST) Interceptor Swale (IS), Inlet Protection (IP) as re1ulred 5. Soils Stabilization: Temporary and permanent soil stabilization will be provided. Temporary stablllzation will be provided through the application of strau and/or plastic sheeting to exposed worked earth. From October 1 until April 30, no exposed soil may remain exposed and w1..uorked for more than two days; after MaJ 1, no exposed soil maiJ remain exposed and unworked for more than seven days. BMP's: Slrau C.overini;i, Plastic Sheeting, Final Landscaping(as re'1uired). 6. Slope Protection: There are no slopes on the site.
