D.GENERALASSUMPTIONS:  Nochangefromoriginalcontract.  E.DELIVERABLES:  DeliverablestobepreparedandproducedbytheCONSULTANT,aspartofthisscopeofwork,are identifiedattheendofeachtasklistedbelow. TASK5–PROJECTMANAGEMENTFORDESIGNPHASE2  TheCONSULTANTwillprovideoverallprojectmanagement,coordinationwiththeAGENCY,monthly progressreportsandinvoicing.Thiseffortwillincludethefollowingelements.  5.1 –Administration,CoordinationandSupervision x InitiateprojectsetͲupincludingestablishmentoftimesheets(chargecodes),creationofproject files(electronicandphysical)andschedulingofCONSULTANTpersonnelworkactivitiesforthe newtasksdescribedinthiscontractamendment. x CoordinationwithAGENCYforanyrequiredpublicmeetingsorotherformsofpublicoutreach thatmayberequiredfortheworktobeperformedinthiscontract. x SupervisionofCONSULTANTpersonnelandactivitiestoensurecompliancewithcontractscope andscheduleandproperchargingoftimeagainstthecontract. x OversiteofsubͲconsultantactivitiestoensurecompliancewithcontractscope,scheduleand budget.  5.2 –Invoicing x Preparationofmonthlyinvoiceswithprogressreportsthatincludethefollowing: o Summaryofbudget,expensestodateandexpensesforinvoiceperiod,assignedtoeachtask. o Summaryofworkaccomplishedfortheinvoiceperiod. o SummaryofoutstandingissuestoberesolvedbytheAGENCY. o Backupdetailthatincludesthename,directsalaryrateandhourscharged,foreachindividual chargingtimetothiscontract,fortheinvoiceperiod. o BackupdetailofalldirectnonͲsalarycostsincludedintheinvoicefortheworkperiod.  5.3 –ProjectMeetingsandSiteVisits x KickoffMeeting–AfterreceivingaNoticetoProceed(NTP)fromtheAGENCY,setupakickoff meetingwithkeyAGENCYanddesignteampersonnel.Thepurposeofthemeetingistodiscuss keyelementsofthescopeofwork,projectscheduletimelinesandcriticalpathelements.This meetingmaybeheldatRentonCityHall,onͲlineorviaconferencecall. x MeetingsandcoordinationwithAGENCY–TheCONSULTANTprojectmanagerwillparticipatein phoneconferencecallswiththeAGENCYprojectmanageraminimumofonceeveryfourweeks toprovidestatusupdates.TheCONSULTANTprojectmanagerandkeyteammemberswillattend monthlyprojectmeetingswiththeAGENCYprojectmanager.TheAGENCYanticipatesthatthe monthlyprojectmeetingsmaybeheldatRentonCityHall,onͲlineorviaconferencecall. x ForallmonthlyprojectmeetingswiththeAGENCY,theCONSULTANTshallprepareanagenda, signͲinsheet,recordofmeetingincludingalistofactionitems,ifany. This rate will be applicable for WSDOT Agreements and Local Agency Contracts in Washington only. This rate may be subject to additional review if considered necessary by WSDOT. Your ICR must be updated on an annual basis. Costs billed to agreements/contracts will still be subject to audit of actual costs, based on the terms and conditions of the respective agreement/contract. This was not a cognizant review.
