THERE IS NO NATURAL BARRIER BETWEEN THE WATER TABLE AND GROUND SURFACE.
EXTREME CARE SHOULD BE EXERCISED WHEN HANDLING ANY LIQUID SUBSTANCE OTHER
THAN WATER TO PROTECT FROM CONTACT WITH THE GROUND SURFACE. IT IS THE
HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT THE CITY'S DRINKING WATER.
