Julie: You are the last person that we received any kind of update re Quendall Terminals property i4551 Lake
Washington Blve N (APN 2924059002). If you are still involved with this project I wanted to cc this "Notice Of
Application" to the City of Renton re Quendall. If you are no longer involved can you please let me know who
is and how to contact that person. Our question is when is any clean-up of this site going to happen? Aren't
the property owners put under some kind of timeline as it is considered such a negative waste area? Please

I hope that I am sending this inquiry/comments to the right "Planning Division" - The City Of Renton, as I find
that you have many divisions.
Re the Subject property: Our residential property abuts the subject property on their southwest property
line. We have been staying informed re Quendall for the last 15 years.
Our question is under this application is the property owner required to conduct their "environmental clean-
up under the direction of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)" in order to obtain this application
approval? Do you know what said "clean-up" consists of &/or when it is to begin?
Please do add us as "a party of record" to this project including all of your decisions.
