Project Name:
601 Monster Road SW Building and Site Redevelopment
Proposed Construction Dates:
Construction and Demolition start summer of 2018. Building and site construction
throughout 2018 calendar year and proposed completion Q1 2019.
Hours and Days of Operation:
Construction hours would traditionally be weekdays from 6am to 6pm. It may be possible
some work may be performed on weekends to take advantage of favorable weather
conditions.
Measures to be Implemented to Minimize Dust, Traffic impacts, Erosion, Mud, Noise:
TESC measures and watering of the site will be implemented to maintain a clean working
site. Any work requiring impacts to traffic will utilize flaggers and approved traffic
control means. The proposed measures to reduce or control the noise impacts will be to
limit the hours of operation during the construction phase of the project. The site is
located in an Industrial area and in no proximity to a residential neighborhood. Existing
adjacent freeway traffic and facility operations create significantly more noise than this
site will produce.
Any Special Hours proposed for Construction or hauling:
It may be possible some work may be performed on weekends to take advantage of
favorable weather conditions.
Preliminary Traffic Plan:
For frontage improvement work, this effort will be defined by the general contractor and
coordinated with the City of Renton.
