The King County Department of Local Services (DLS), Permitting Division is satisfied that the conditions and requirements for the constructed road and/or drainage improvements for the
above project are completed. Final Construction Approval was issued on 08-23-2024. This project is located in Section NW 13, Township 23, Range 05, E.W.M., King County, State of Washington.
The Final Corrected Plan Mylars for this project have been forwarded to the County Road Engineer, DLS Road Services Division, for permanent record keeping. These improvements are shown
on plan and profile number
P - 4509.
This step in the process verifies the terms and provisions of the following financial guarantees have been satisfied:
FING23-0066 for Restoration
A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the Financial Guarantee Management Unit for processing release of these guarantees.
Pursuant to King County Code 27A.30.090(a), a maintenance and defect guarantee has been posted to ensure that all newly constructed public roadways and/or drainage facilities are maintained
by the developer for a period of two years from the date of final construction approval. In addition, this guarantee assures that any defects or failures in workmanship, materials,
design, and/or function of the constructed roadways and/or drainage facilities are corrected by the developer during this two-year period. For more information regarding maintenance
