RESOLUTION OF THE HOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF
AVON DEVELOPMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, The corporation from time to time purchases rind/or
sells zeal property for investment and profit; and,
WHEREAS, From time to time it is necessary or desirable for the
operation of the bu.9iness of the corporation to borrow
funds which require collateral, or otherwise pledge the
corporations property as security for its contracts;
and,
WHEREAS, All shareholders and directors unanimously consent to
pledging corporation property and waive notice of time
and place of meeting;
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:
Kulbir Sandhu and/ or Harejit Sandhu are hereby
authorized, empowered to act on behalf of the
corporation to acquire and/or sell real and personal
property and to pledge any or all of the corporations
assets as she deems necessary for the purposes of
acquiring or selling assets or for obtaining loans for
the corporation or to secure contracts on behalf of the
corporation, including but not limited to execution of
all notes, deed of trust and security agreements, and
other documents as may be required by any lender or
secured party.
