SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
PR17000659 Avon Short Plat/ LUA18-000204, SHPL-A
Dear Mr. Korasani,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on March 23,
2018. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed
further.
The following information will need to be submitted before July 3, 2018 so that we may continue the review
of the above subject application:
1. The applicant will need to provide confirmation that the 30-foot wide ingress, egress, and utility
easement as recorded under 5380145 is no longer a benefit to any abutting or adjacent property.
2. The short plat map will need to be revised to indicate the proposed lot lines following right-of-way
dedication along the NE 14th St. frontage with revised calculations of lot areas and dimensions.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. Please
