We believe that these houses will present nicely as a neighborhood and will attract homebuyers to Renton. The architectural style of these homes has been very well received by homebuyers at our other plats in Renton. Please list the code section you are requesting a modification from and the "Standards" for that specific code. Write the points of justification and reasoning to grant the modification. Code Section: 4-2-115E.1. "Garages" Justification: We have designed these plans with a Standard: specific contemporary styling. Due to the modern 1.
