The Building & Zoning Department originally received your rezone application on
December 3, 1982. At that time, you said that you would submit the rest of the
information within a week's time. Nearly a year has passed and our office has suggested
on several occasions that the application was still incomplete. We would like to either get
a completed application or return your fees and get the file off of our books.
Please respond by Friday, December 9th, with a formal reply either withdrawing the
