The Company will attempt to resolve much :omplaints. and will take appropriate corrective action. In this .onnection, the Company shall devise and promulgate to all employees 'ormal procedures for lodging discrimination complaints within the :ompany. The complaint procedure will be adopted Into the Affirmative Lction Plan and will be promulgated to all employees by means of notices on Company bulletin board,- and meetings held every four months In Lccordance with Section Qk �2 of this program. 'See Attachment 3 -Complaint Procedure) rhis procedure shall Include a full and complete Investigation of each :omplaint by the Company EEO Officer. If the Investigation indicates :hat the discrimination may affect persons other than the complainant. :orrective action w1ll be taken and shal Include all persons affected. LncludIng the complainant.
