These contacts will be made at least annually. -L, The purpose of these contacts will be as follows: A. To develop joint training programs aimed towards qualifying minority group members 3nd women for membership in the unions and increasing the skills of minority group and women employees so that they may qualify for higher paying employment. If such training programs have already been developed, the Company will nevertheless encourage the unions to continue efforts to qualify and upgrade Wlnoritles and women. B.
