THE WORKING HOURS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE LIMITED To WEEKDAYS DURING THE PERIOD FROM 8:00 A.M. TO
5:00 P.M. THE HOURS OF WOW MAY BE CHANGED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ENGINEER WHEN IT 15 IN THE
INTEREST OF THE PUBLIC OR THE COWTtACTOR DUE TO REASONS OF SAFETY, HEALTH, OR WELFARE.

SITE OF CONSTRUCTION IN GOOD CONDITION AND AT ALL TIM" AVAILABLE TO THE OWNER AND rNE ENGIMEER.

MULTIPLES OF 8 1/2 BY 11 INCHES.

ACCOMPANYING THE INFORMATION, ADVISE THE ENGINEER OF THE DEVIATION AND SrATE THE REASONS THEREFORE.

FEET FOR BATTER BOARDS OR 30 FEET FOR LASER, SET IN ADVANCE OF THE WORK. WHENEVER WCRX IS IN

SUCH EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE THE DUTY AN[) RESPONSIBILITY OF PLACING AND MAINTAINING SUCH CONSTRUCTION
GUIDES. A BATTER BOARD SET WITH AN ENGINEER'S LEVEL SHALL BE USED FOR ALL LINES SET ON A GRADE OF
0.50 PERCENT OR LESS. AT LEAST THREE BATTER BOARDS SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE DURING PIPE LAYING
OPERATIONS. IF, THROUGH T14E CONTRACTOR'S NEGLIG8110E, ANY STAKES SHALL 13E DESTROYED AND REQUIRE
RESETTING, A SUlM SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CONTRACTOR�S FINAL PAYMENT EQUIVALENT TO THE EXTRA COST
IN ENGINEERING REQUIRED FOR SUCH REPLACEMENT -
THE LASER METHOD OF ESTABLISHING GRADE MAY BE USF-D PROVIDING;
1. REQUESTS FOR USE LISTING EQUIPMENT, AND METHOD OF OPERATION ARE SUBMITTED FOR CITY
REVIEW AND APPROVAL AT LEAST FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO USE.
