WHEN FEDERAL WAGE RATES AND FRINGE BENEFITS ARE LISTED, THEY ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LIMITED STATES DED-ARTMENT OF LABOR DECISION M-44BER WA 83-5110. THE CONTRACTOR, ANY SUBCONTRACTOR, OR OTHLR PERSON DOING THE WORK OR ANY PART OF IT SHALL NOT PAY ANY WORI(MEN, LABORERS, OR MECHANICS LESS THAN THE REQUIRED HOLIRLY MINIMUM RATES OF WAGES SHOWN IN THE C`DKTRACT. WAGES IN EXCESS OF SUCH HOURLY RATES MAY BE PAID. IN ADDITION TO THE WAGE RATE DESIGNATED, THE EMPLOYER 91ALL CONTRIBUTE FOR EACH COWENSABLE HOUR THE FRINGE BENEFITS LISTED.
