CONTROLLED BLASTING — BEFORE BLASTING WILL BE APPROVED THE CONTRACTOR MUST DEMONSTRATE TO rHE

APPROVED BEFORE ANY BLASTING BEGINS, THE ENGINEER WILL REQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE

2-03.4 MEASUREMENT (SUPPLEMENTAL SECTION)
ADD TO ITEM 1.
AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ENGINEER, ROADWAY EXCAVATION, BORROW EXCAVATION, AND UNSUITABLE
FOUNDATION EXCAVATION - BY 71-C CUBIC YARD 14AY BE MEASURED BY TRUCK IN THE HAULING VEHICLE AT
THE POINT OF LOADING. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TRUCK TICKETS FOR EACH -OAfj REMOVED. EACH
TICKET SHALL HAVE THE TRUCK NUMBER, NAME AND DATE, AND BE APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER.
2-03.5 PAYMENT (PARTIAL REPLACEMENT SECTION)
ADD TO BEGIW41NG OF PARAGRAPH 1:
"ALL MATERIAL UNITS COVERED IN THIS SECTION SHALL INCLUDE THE HAUL TO AND FF40M THE -008 SITE AS
PART OF THEIR UNIT PRICE.
