SECTION I
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
A. Coral Construction Company. hereinafter referred to as "The Company"
a
will bide by all federal and state laws, rules and regulations
concerning equal employment opportunity. Including, but not limlteO
to, the following:
1. Executive Order 11246
2 Executive Order 11375
3& Required Contract Provisions (Form PR-1273)
4. Special Provisions (issued pursuant to Section 140 of Title
23, USC, as established by Section 22 of the Federal -Aid
Highway Act of 1968).
B. The Company will work with the Department of TransvortatIon and
the Federal Government In carrying out equal employment opportunity
obligations and lu their review of the Company's activities under the
contract.-
C. All subcontractors (not Including material suppliers) holding subcontracts
of $10,000 or more will comply with the minimum specific requirement
activities of equal employment opportunity as met forth In the Special
Provisions. The Company will Include these requirements In every
subcontract of $10,000 or more with muchuiodtfIcatIons of language as
are necessary tc make the requirements binding on the subcontractor.
