Dear Mr. Durocher,
Thank you for submitting the additional materials requested in the March 21, 2018 letter from
the City. Your project has been taken off hold and the City will continue review of the Weatherly
Inn project.
The Site Plan and Modification application has been rescheduled for Environmental Review
Committee consideration on April 30, 2018 and is tentatively scheduled to go before the Hearing
Examiner on May 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425)
