Attached are the Existing and Proposed Floor Plans showing existing and proposed seating for the Sanctuary. So for the Sanctuary, is it 1 parking stall for every 5 unfixed seats and
for the Banquet Rms, is it 1 for every 4 unfixed seats? Below are parking counts for both existing and proposed:
Existing Sanctuary Unfixed Seats = 341 = 68.2 parking stalls
Existing Banquet S.F. = 3,873 s.f. = 38.7 parking stalls
Total = 106.9 or 107 parking stalls
Proposed Sanctuary Unfixed Seats = 433 = 86.6 parking stalls
Existing Banquet S.F. = 3,873 s.f. = 38.7 parking stalls
Total = 125.3 or 126 parking stalls
Note: Are the Banquet Rms counted along with the Sanctuary for the parking stall requirements then? Imad, my boss, just wants to make sure we're not just counting the Sanctuary for the
parking stall requirements.
