Request for Proposals
Management of Arts and Culture Space in Downtown Renton
A Collaborative Opportunity
The City of Renton is seeking proposals from community and cultural organizations,
individuals, or teams to manage an arts and culture space in downtown Renton. The
goal is to create a vibrant cultural hub that supports economic innovation and small
business incubation in the arts.
The selected applicant(s) will manage a 1,000-square-foot City-owned space at 655
South 2nd Street, which includes a kitchenette, private office, storage, and restroom.
The initial lease term is 12 months starting as early as February 1, 2025, with potential
rent reductions based on public benefits provided.
A walk-through of the space is scheduled for Monday, November 18 at 10am.
Proposals are due by November 27, 2024, at 4pm. For details, visit
