The City has until 5 pm November 22, 2024 if it wishes to respond. If the City responds Mr. Carner shall have until 5 pm November 26, 2024 to file a reply. All responses and replies must be emailed to all parties to this email. A new 21 day judicial appeal period shall commence upon the issuance of a new examiner decision addressing Mr. Carner's request for reconsideration.
