Dear Mr. Fitzmaurice:
Based on the landscape maintenance costs for Kinkade Crossing Final Plat, the amount of your landscape
maintenance surety device is $93,662.18, which is fifty percent (50%) of the total cost to install the landscaping.
This amount is deemed sufficient to guarantee that landscape improvements have been installed according to
plan and shall perform satisfactorily for a minimum of five (5) years after they have been completed. Please
come to the 6th floor, Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton to submit the surety device.
Once I have received the surety for Five-Year Maintenance, I will issue a letter signaling the start of your five-year
