Remove splash pad and replace with hardscape, seating, and a shade structure. Project consists of upgrade of selected interior finishes to include casework, windows, doors, and hardware that includes Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing additions as required for the City of Renton, Washington, all as shown and described on the Contract Documents prepared by ARC Architects, dated, October 30, 2024.
