OF
LANGSTON 14, LLC
TIME AND PLACE. A special meeting of the Members named in the Certificate of Formation of
Langston 14, LLC was held on the 26th day of June, 2017.
ATTENDANCE. The voting members of the Company, Top Consultants LLC, by James R. Ihnot,
it's Manager and a Member of Langston 14, LLC, and Brett Moreland, Member, agreed with these
Minutes and attended the meeting.
PETITION FOR VACATION OF PROPERTY. The Members discussed that they have
petitioned the City of Renton under Land Use Action 17-000327 and City of Renton LND 30-0401.
The City of Renton has approved Ordinance Number 5844 and has read the ordinance at two City
Council meetings and provided for public input and comments. The mylar for the City has been
prepared with James R. Ihnot listed as the Manager.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following resolutions were unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Company is authorized to sign all documents required or needed,
included any Quit Claim Deeds or Relinquishments along with any mylars, City of
Renton documents or other conditions or requirements.
RESOLVED, that James R. Ihnot is authorized to sign as Manager of Langston 14,
LLC for any and all documents. James R. Ihnot is authorized to sign as Manager for any
and all Quit Claim Deeds, Dedications, Relinquishments or any other document
required by the City of Renton or any other agency.
ADJOURNMENT. There being no further business, the Special Meeting of the Company was
declared adjourned.
This Consent may be signed in counterparts and a facsimile or scanned copy may be considered an
original.

Each of the undersigned hereby WAIVES notice of the Special Meeting and expressly approves of
the action taken at the special meeting as reflected in these Minutes. All of the Members
unanimously consent and agree to the Minutes as set forth herein and WAIVE NOTICE AND
ATTENDANCE AT SAID MEETING. All actions undertaken are hereby ratified and confirmed.
