GEOLOGICAL RISK
The applicant is not aware of any geological incident on or near the 28 Hundred TOWNHOMES
PROJECT. Two wood frame duplexes were constructed in 1943, one on each of the two original
lots in the project. There has been no damage from any type of geological event in the more than
73 years since the duplexes were built. There is no indication that there has ever been ground
movement on the property. Nevertheless, the applicant understands and accepts any risk
associated with development of the property and will advise, in writing, any information and/or
knowledge of geological risk of the site to prospective purchasers of structures on the site.
