"Chip" Vincent, Administrator Tom Redding Encompass Engineering & Surveying 165 NE Juniper Street, Suite 201 Issaquah, WA 98027 SUBJECT: Request for Extension Carpenter Short Plat (LUA14-001200) Dear Mr. Redding, We have received and reviewed your request, dated January 13, 2017, to extend the period of validity for the Carpenter Short Plat. The short plat was approved on February 27, 2015 and was valid for two years. RMC 4-7-070.M allows for the granting of one extension for one additional year of approval, provided the request is made prior to the expiration of the short plat. Your request meets requirements of Renton Municipal Code and qualifies for a one-time extension of one year. Therefore, the requested extension of the period of validity for the short plat is approved. You should be aware that this is the only extension that will be granted. if the final short plat is not recorded by February 27, 2018 it will expire and cannot be extended again.
