Dear Mr. Mann:
This letter is to inform you that the appeal period ended August 22, 2017 for the Preliminary Plat and
Preliminary Planned Urban Development approval. No appeals were filed, therefore, this decision is
final and you may proceed with the next step of the plat process.
The conditions listed in the Hearing Examiner Decision dated August 8, 2017 must be satisfied before
the final plat can be recorded. Furthermore, the Preliminary Plat decision will expire five (5) years from
the date of approval. If you are unable to file for recording within the five-year time-frame, a single one
(1) year extension may be requested in writing, pursuant to RMC 4 -7-080.
