Based on several meetings and conversations with you and other City staff, it has become apparent that the project will require some revisions and a change of course with regard to the entitlement process. To date, we have applied for a Site Plan Review with the intent to process a Unit Lot Subdivision. However, due to several design elements and modifications of the proposal we understand that the City would prefer to process the project as a Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development. As such, we would like to request that all reviews for the Site Plan Review be placed on hold at this time. The applicant and design team will begin work on revising our materials and preparing the necessary submittal for a Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Planned Unit Development with the intent of submitting to the City in the first half of June. I will coordinate the submittal with you as we get closer to a complete submittal package. To ensure that the PPUD submittal addresses staff concerns, we request that all comments received to date for the SPR application be sent to us for review. Thanks again for you assistance and understanding in this matter.
