Dear Ms. Phan:
Thank you for your comments related to the Earlington Townhomes project (received July 3, 2017) wherein your
raised a concern regarding the nice views that you want to retain from your property. Your comments will be
added to the public record for consideration by the reviewing official and you have been added as a party of
record.
The applicant, Blue Fern Development, has only made application for the subject development and a decision
has yet to be made. Your comments are used to help City staff complete a comprehensive review and
recommendation to the Hearing Examiner. A Public hearing is tentatively scheduled for July 25, 2017 before the
Renton Hearing Examiner in Renton Council Chambers at 12:00 PM on the 7th floor of Renton City Hall located
at 1055 South Grady Way. If you are interested in attending the hearing, please contact the Planning Division to
ensure that the hearing has not been rescheduled at (425) 430-6578.
