HomeMy WebLinkAboutL_PUBLICATION_20170512_v1NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AND PUBLIC HEARING RENTON, WASHINGTON Department of Community and Economic Development The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance Mitigated (DNS-M) for the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code. Earlington Townhomes LUA17-000169 Location: 8074 S 132nd St. Blue Fern Development, LLC is requesting Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review and SEPA Review for the construction of 62 townhomes with attached garages at 8074 S 132nd St. The 4.16 acre site is located within the R-14 zone. Vehicular access would be from a new public road that intersects with S 132nd St. Appeals of the DNS-M must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on May 26, 2017. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 S Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and more information may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, 425-430-6510. A Public Hearing will be held by the Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers, City Hall, on June 13, 2017 at 1:00 pm to consider the submitted application. If the DNS-M is appealed, the appeal will be heard as part of this public hearing. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing. Publication Date: May 12, 2017
