Henry Revocable Living Trust, the trust set up by my deceased father. Specifically, my father bequeathed to me the easternmost 1 acre and the home located on the Renton Property. He bequeathed to my brother, Michael Henry, the remaining acreage of the Renton Property, which is roughly 1.26 acres. Thus, I am requesting a testamentary division review for the Renton Property.
