The proposed site is to the south of the polygon, marked with a yellow pin, in a secondary search area, adjacent to I-405. Alternative Siting Options Considered: • Several commercial buildings within the pink polygon and the areas adjacent were contacted to gauge interest in hosting a wireless facility. All candidates were within the same zoning classification (CD). RECEIVED 04/10/2018 amorganroth PLANNING DIVISION 9725 3rd Ave NE, Suite 410, Seattle, WA 98115 Several properties were approached over the possibility of installing wireless communications facilities, but they were either not interested in leasing space on any of their properties for WCF installations, or not responsive to inquiries. The property in the initial search ring indicated they would be redeveloping and were not interested in further leases at this time. There were no existing monopoles where collocation would be available that could offer equivalent coverage.
