Hello Rocale,
Sorry about bombarding you with emails but I need a few things worked out in order to move forward with the
construction drawings for Grant Place. All items are conditional items that need to be satisfied and the attached
elevations are looking to address and hopefully get accepted items 13 and 21. Item 13 required us to propose glazing in
the garage doors and item 21 required additional detailing and contrast in materials. The upper buildings are what was
accepted for submittal and the lower elevations are the proposed revised elevations. We have provided glazing at the
upper panels of all garage doors. We looked at providing glazing at all panels but they did not feel right and we ended up
with what I am proposing. We have then revised the entry for buildings 8 and 1 that face Grant avenue with revisions to
the front entry roof, door and glazing. We have also added lighting to the elevations please also see the provided
lighting cut sheet. We will also be pulling together a physical materials board. Please let me know if we are approved to
move forward with this design.
