REVIEW COMMENTS
We appreciate the responses provided by the designers. Based on our review of the above documents, we
take no exception to the geotechnical design methodologies or resulting designs. Additionally, the designers
have adequately addressed our previous geotechnical comments as they relate to the design of the
retaining walls we reviewed for this project.
As noted in Appendix A, there are still several structural issues and comments that need to be addressed
by the designers as part of the structural review.
Responses to the review comments in Appendix A should be made in an itemized letter form. We
recommend that the permit applicant have the structural engineer respond and resubmit to the
City of Renton for additional review
