Subject: Grant Place Townhomes / LUA17-000335, FPUD
Jill,
My wife, Rhonda, and I have some concerns about the proposed Grant Place
Townhomes. The site abuts the west border of our property. Please list us
as parties of record.
Construction shall not impinge on our property without prior written
permission.
4- All existing fencing on our property shall not be tampered with or
disturbed in any matter. This includes a portion of an extremely old
timber framed pasture fence.
4- The existing evergreen trees on our property may be subject to the
developer's overall conceptual plan. An agreed upon plan shall be
reached by all parties before subject trees are trimmed or altered by a
licensed arborist.
4- Any change in grading or elevation of the site shall not cause
increased drainage onto our property.
