Subject: Request for Environmental (SEPA) Threshold Determination Reconsideration

Dear Mr. Ketchum:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton received your timely reconsideration request for Environmental
(SEPA) Threshold Determination, for the Southport Office Helipad, on March 30, 2018. Your reconsideration
request proposes to either add a sixth mitigation measure or present a clarifying statement relating to measures
three and four that provide reasonable flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances.
This letter serves to inform you that as a result of the reconsideration request, the public hearing originally
scheduled for April 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., has been canceled to allow the City the opportunity to review the
reconsideration request and prepare a response. You will be informed when a new hearing date has been
scheduled.
