1. All text height was checked and revised to meet the requirements.
2. Water meter serves Lot 1 and I believe it will not need to be replaced of moved till there are
improvements to Shattuck Ave. I did locate the water meter for lot 2 and it is located near the
southeast corner of the pan handle of lot 2.
3. A note was added to say existing gravel on Lot 2 shall be removed so that there is no
encroachment.
4. Adjusted and removed text and line work that was on top of each other
