Dear Mr. Touma:
The City of Renton has completed the initial review of your proposed lot line adjustment. Please
see the attached comments for changes that will be necessary in order for the City to approve
your proposal.
Once the changes, as noted in the attached comments, have been made; please submit an
electronic copy of the revised lot line adjustment to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall.
The revised plans will be routed for final review and you will be notified when it is appropriate
to submit the final signed documents. If you have any questions regarding your application or
