COURT CAUSE NO. 11‐2‐17342‐9, ALSO DISCLOSED BY STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT AND DECREE OF
APPROPRIATION RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NO. 20120816000002.
Proposed Project Description:
Adjust lot line between Lots 3 and 4, said City of Renton Short Plat to be consistent with the centerline of
the Access and Utility Easement, per King County Recording Number 9207202037 and eliminate the lot
line between Lots 2 and 3.
No change in use or other site improvements are proposed as part of this Lot Line Adjustment.
Questions/Areas of Concern:
The lots and easement that will become the new lot line are all part of the Public Record with no change
of use or proposed site improvement, and I was wondering if that may eliminate the need of some
application requirements. The Lot Line Adjustment Application suggests a waiver from the City’s typical
application submittal requirements. I would like to know what those are and if/how they may apply to
this proposed application.
What are the process, timeline and fees involved in this applic ation? What are some potential roadblocks?
