Hi Alex,
This email is to confirm that the unauthorized wetland fill has been removed, and the site graded to native soils and pre-
existing grade. Kyle Braun from our office was on-site to verify the reported conditions on September 6, 2017. Please
see the attached photographs as additional documentation. Installation of the plants is anticipated in the latter half of
October, when planting conditions will improve. We will prepare the as-built report and submit to the City prior to
November 15, 2017.
Thanks for your flexibility. Let us know if you have any questions.

Subject: Extension for Emerald Crest Wetlands Mitigation
Hi Angie,
After speaking with Ryan last week, I’ve extended the deadline for the wetlands mitigation work to be completed until
November 15th, 2017. Due to the weather, Ryan explained that delaying the planting until it gets closer to fall/winter
would give the new plants a much higher chance of success.
Please save this email in your files as an official record of the deadline extension. If you have any questions, feel free to
contact me.
FYI – Ryan will be sending us periodic updates on the project’s progress.
