Clark, We request the exemption of improvements along 116th Street SE. on the bases of the exemption as stated in RMC 4-6-060, for street frontage improvements for this project. i) New construction or addition with valuation less than fifty thousand ($50,000) ii) Interior remodels of any value not involving a building addition.
