Proposed Boundary Line Adjustment of King County Assessor's parcel no.'s 2823059009 and
2823059010, in Renton, Washington.
Project Narrative:
To revise the parcel line to segregate an existing building for financial purposes for refinancing
of the existing building.
The project name is MBA CASCADE PLAZA LLC and is located at the following addresses
16950 and 17148 116th avenue S.E. in Renton, Washington.
The current zoning is : "CA" - commercial Arterial and is currently used for assorted commercial
uses.
The existing conditions do not required any new utilities, building, sewer or water services or
other improvements to the site. They are all pre-existing.
There are no special features that exist on this site, i.e. wetlands, steep slopes, bodies of water.
There was an ALTAJACSM survey done on the site in 2007 showing all easements and utilities
on the existing parcels and has been provided with this application.
