Subject: Cascade Plaza Lot Line Adjustment — Access and Utilities easement for New Parcel

A new easement for ingress, egress and utilities can not be created until such time as a legal
segregation has occurred.
The New Parcel "B" will continue to enjoy all of the existing access and utilities easements that
are of public record as long both parcels remain in common ownership under Bruce Anderson,
president of MBA Cascade Plaza LLC and MBA Cascade Holding, LLC. The legal owner of
record.
