Hi Angelea,
That is correct. Three trees were completely dead, and two were in poor condition, and in
decline. Within critical areas we recommended reducing the trunks to a safe height as wildlife trees
where it is safe to do so.

Hey Anne,
Per our earlier conversation, you stated that these 5 trees were potentially hazardous and recommend
reducing the trees to a safe height and retaining as wildlife snags correct?
Thank you!

Hi Mick.

We performed a tree inspection on Liberty Ridge HOA parcel # 3955901420, and 430730TRCT. The trees
are located within a critical area owned by the Liberty Ridge HOA, adjacent to private property. City

It is up to the property owners to communicate with the HOA to authorize removal.
Permits for removal have to be reviewed by the City Planner and may come with specific conditions. The

Terry,
Nais Gutierrez, the Community Association Manager for our Liberty Ridge Neighborhood, notified Shelby and
I that we need to contact you to arrange a time for you to access our backyard so that you can inspect the
dead trees, behind our and our neighbor's homes, which need to be removed.
I work from home and have flexibility for when I can meet you, so please reply to this email with a couple
times which would work for you and I will confirm one of those times.
You can also reach me at 206-459-0086.
Thank you,
